Warranty and returns
If something doesn’t fit as expected, you have clear options: exchange, withdrawal or legal warranty. Here’s each one and how to use it.
How it works
Exchanges
You can request an exchange up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and its original accessories and packaging are intact.
We honor the price you paid: if the new product costs more, you pay the difference.
If it costs less, there's no refund of the balance -- it must be offset with additional products.
Right of withdrawal
Legal rightUnder Article 3 bis of Chilean Law 19.496, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product.
Write to us at hola@triballe.cl with your order number, the product and the reason. We refund your money with no deductions (except return shipping costs, when applicable by law), within a maximum of 45 days.
Legal warranty
Legal rightYour jewelry carries a 3-month warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects.
