You can request an exchange up to 30 days after receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and its original accessories and packaging are intact.
We honor the price you paid: if the new product costs more, you pay the difference.
If it costs less, there is no refund of the balance; it must be offset with additional products.

Under Article 3 bis of Chilean Law 19.496, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product.
