Yes. At checkout you can choose in-store pickup at Irarrázaval 1401, Ñuñoa, Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Payment is online and automatic: at checkout you choose your product and shipping details, and pay directly and securely with Mercado Pago.

By default we issue a receipt (boleta). If you need an invoice (factura), let us know at checkout with your company details (legal name, tax ID and business activity).

Yes. Under Article 3 bis of Chilean Law 19.496, you have the right to withdraw within 10 days of receiving the product.

It carries a 3-month legal warranty from delivery. Write to us at hola@triballe.cl with your order number, a description of the defect and photos.
