1. Provider identification
This website, triballe.cl (the “Site”), is operated by Lindgren SpA, Chilean tax ID 77.729.478-4, with registered address at Arlegui 263, Office 601, Viña del Mar, Chile (“Triballe”, “we” or the “Provider”), a company engaged in the sale of natural-stone jewelry and related accessories.

2. Acceptance of these terms and conditions
Accessing, browsing or using the Site, as well as making purchases through it, constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“T&C”), which are governed by Chilean Consumer Protection Law No. 19,496 and all other applicable laws of the Republic of Chile.
If a user does not agree with all or part of these T&C, they must refrain from using the Site or making purchases through it.
Triballe may amend these T&C at any time. Changes take effect when published on the Site and apply to purchases made after publication, without altering the terms of orders already confirmed.
3. Users and legal capacity
Purchases through the Site are reserved for people aged 18 or over who have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, or for minors who are duly authorized and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
The user declares that all information supplied during registration or checkout, including name, Chilean tax ID, address, email and telephone number, is truthful, accurate and current. The user is solely responsible for any direct or indirect harm caused by false or inaccurate information.
4. Products, descriptions and availability
4.1. Triballe seeks to ensure that product descriptions, images and features shown on the Site accurately reflect the real pieces. Because our jewelry is made with natural stones, each piece may vary in tone, veining, texture or shape from the reference image. These natural variations are not manufacturing defects and do not, by themselves, give rise to an exchange, return or non-conformity claim.
4.2. Every purchase is subject to stock availability when the order is confirmed. If one or more products cannot be delivered because stock is unavailable, Triballe will notify the user promptly and offer an equivalent replacement, a wait for restocking, or cancellation of the affected item with a full refund of the amount paid for it.
4.3. Under article 12 of Law No. 19,496, Triballe may cancel a sale when a published price is clearly the result of a system, typing or publication error and is manifestly below the product’s real market value. Triballe will notify the consumer and refund any amount paid, without limiting any remedies available under applicable law.
5. Prices
Prices on the Site are stated in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include applicable taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before final order confirmation, and vary according to the destination district or region.
Triballe may change product prices at any time. Such changes do not affect orders that were already confirmed and paid before the change.
6. Purchase process and payment methods
6.1. Purchases are completed entirely through the Site by selecting products and entering shipping and payment information.
6.2. Payment is processed by the independent external platform selected at checkout, Mercado Pago or Fintoc. Each platform processes the payment methods it makes available, which may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers or others. All purchases are one-time payments; Triballe does not offer subscriptions or recurring charges.
6.3. Triballe does not store or have access to complete card details or banking credentials. That information is handled exclusively by the selected payment platform under its own terms and security standards, including PCI DSS where applicable.
6.4. Payment validation is automatic. An order is confirmed when Triballe receives approval from the corresponding payment platform. If payment is rejected or cancelled, the purchase has no effect and creates no obligation for Triballe.
6.5. If technical issues prevent an online payment, the user may contact Triballe through the channels listed on the Site to arrange an alternative payment method.
7. Shipping and delivery
7.1. Triballe ships throughout Chile through third-party logistics operators. Current delivery estimates and costs, as well as any districts or regions eligible for free shipping, are shown in the Shipping section and during checkout. That current information prevails over older or third-party information.
7.2. Delivery times are estimates and run from payment confirmation, not from the moment an order is placed. Triballe is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, force majeure, unforeseen events, or incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the user.
7.3. The user is responsible for checking that the shipping address and all other delivery details are correct. Triballe is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the user.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under article 3 bis of Law No. 19,496, a user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 calendar days of receiving the product, provided it remains in perfect, unused condition with its original packaging and accessories intact.
To exercise this right, the user must email hola@triballe.cl with the order number, the product or products being returned and the reason. Triballe will provide return instructions.
Once the conditions above have been verified, Triballe will refund the amount paid within no more than 45 days, without withholding expenses other than direct return-shipping costs where permitted by law.
9. Goodwill exchanges
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Triballe offers 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request an exchange, provided the product is unused and its original packaging and accessories remain intact.
For goodwill exchanges, Triballe will honor the price originally paid. If the replacement costs more, the user must pay the difference. If it costs less, the balance is not refunded in cash and may instead be used toward additional products.
This exchange policy is an additional Triballe benefit. It does not replace or limit the statutory right of withdrawal or legal warranty under Law No. 19,496, which are addressed in sections 8 and 10 of these T&C.
10. Legal warranty
Under articles 19 and following of Law No. 19,496, products carry a three-month legal warranty from receipt for manufacturing defects or a lack of suitability or quality for their ordinary intended use.
To make a warranty claim, the user must email hola@triballe.cl with the order number, a description of the defect and photographs showing it. Triballe will assess each case and, where applicable and at the consumer’s choice under the law, repair or replace the product or refund the price paid.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, misuse, negligence or failure to follow care recommendations. It also excludes the natural stone variations described in clause 4.1, which are not manufacturing defects.
11. Intellectual property
All Site content, including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, photographs and other graphic elements, belongs to Triballe or to third parties that have authorized its use and is protected by Chilean intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without Triballe’s prior written authorization is prohibited.
12. Personal data protection
Personal data supplied through the Site is processed under Triballe’s Privacy Policy, available on the Site and incorporated into these T&C. Processing is subject to Chilean Privacy Protection Law No. 19,628.
13. Limitation of liability
Triballe is not responsible for Site failures or interruptions caused by matters beyond its control, including connectivity failures, payment or hosting provider outages, unforeseen events or force majeure.
Nothing in this clause limits the non-waivable rights granted to consumers by Law No. 19,496.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from use of the Site, these T&C or purchases made through it is subject to Chilean law and the competent courts of Chile, without prejudice to the special jurisdiction rules that Law No. 19,496 grants to consumers.
